Micro Economics Business Executors Will Falling Down

Approximately 50.7 millions micro economics business in Indonesia predicted will falling in three years if the coaching by goverment is still bureaucratic and sporadic. Moreover, now the youth is start to begin the business and being a rival of that micro business.
This business expert by Prof. Rhenald Kasali after launching Rhenald Kasali School for Entrepreneurship at Kampus Rumah Perubahan, Jln. Raya Hankam, Jatirangon, Pondokgede, Kota Bekasi, Monday (5/10). According him, the micro business is still dominatd by actors with limited capital, simple shopstore, and even some of them is target for the eviction.
"With guidance from goverment pattern of bureaucratic and still sporadic, as now, within the next three years they will fallin down. Moreover, they have a competition with young people who begin a crush for entrepreneurship with capital more bigger than their business micro," said Rhenald.
Rhenald say, the bulk of complaints micro business that is the lack of assistance from those who really understand about marketing and entrepreneurship. "Most microfinance providers are still having trouble to find a great mentor," he said. The existing mentor, connect Renald not much understand about entrepeneurship because they not really getting in to the entrepeneurship as an entrepeneur. "Without good mentor, 60%-80% of business including the new entrepreneur will fall because only bandwagon without adequate skill," he said.
According to him, in terms of development, goverments need to map any actor who has entreprenurial spirit and which only do business just to eat. Thus, the goverment could be more intensive in developing business actors who are entrepreneurial so that regeneration can continue. This will have big impact to the success of labor of employee absorbed. "If only the bandwagon, there are employment opportunities are also temporary," he said.
